Absolutely terrible customer service. My mother went in to purchase a wig and not only was she dismissed but they were very rude and condescending towards her. My mother is a cancer survivor. She was made to feel humiliated. I will NEVER refer somebody to this establishment again. I own a salon and spa and we have been referring to them for years but after this I would never subject somebody to the people that work here. BEWARE

The bigger store is lovely, but I was so very disappointed to drive to the store ready to buy, only be told with just one customer in the store, that they just don't have time for walk in purchases. You can buy in person by appt only. With such bubbly online personalities, I was truly saddened by their in person contact and dismissive attitudes.

Simply wonderful. Had the pleasure of dealing with Misty. So much knowledge. I was overwhelmed with the service and courtesy's she put forth. Purchased my wig from her and I couldn't be happier. I will return in the near future.

Attention was excellent. Price of the one purchased was $180. Well worth it for my mom's self-esteem. Better than paying $250 monthly for 2 hair appointments with Hair Club ( and that's after the 4K for initial matrix charge)
