i am an former employee testing the waters at this company and for the most part great buissness structure at this store mangers 5 out of 5 great team where the extra star was left off was drama related and #1 issue is i dont feel the employees are very well respected in my test i conducted 5 variables walking to work getting home from work and all staff where reliable in helping eachother but where it fell apart was the employee to manger ratio all team members should be informed on all fronts to be updated on what to do at present times and i understand other factors are there but praise the people that work for you while i was working there i had gotten several power plus plans and people to join memberships and when i asked about the credit cards and how m,uch the bonus was one week it was 50 next it was 25 and i got in trouble for it out of all the hard work and how fast pace i kept up i never was praised or acknowledged but that doesnt mean that they are not nice people emily austin daryl virgil noah the stars are some of the brightest and nicest people i have ever met i just dont agree with some of the pay and work related situations when i get a job i know the employer does analysis on wether a employee is capable of task but i do my own as well other than that i would recommend anyone to work at this store very few work related issues very very few but be supportive to all your team members notice there work and effort and when they get tired tanner who works there literally looks like hes about too pass out you half to know when enough is enough sometimes i love all of you and you where all so very kind on my adventure i do apologize austin you are welcome to call me and talk about this ----- jordan
