Do not purchase from this dealership . If I could give negative stars to rate this place , I would . They are shady and dishonest. Thank goodness we did not purchase a vehicle from here . We even e-mailed and text the owner our concerns and had absolutely no response or interest in the wrong that was done . Shady , shady ! Shame on you ! Update : Well it’s been over 2 weeks since my initial review . We did finally receive a response that simply said “ our concerns had been sent to management “. We have yet to hear anything else . This dealership owes my husband an apology for their shady tactics . Long story short ... my husband was interested in a 2018 dodge 3500 they had on their lot so he did his research and decided that we would make the 4 hour drive to this dealership. He gave our credit card number and his license number for them ( on Wednesday) to hold this truck for 3 days . It should have been held till that Saturday. We had all intentions of bringing this truck home if the photos were accurate once we saw it in person . We noticed on Thursday on their website that they had upped the price by almost $1,800. We assumed we were locked in at the initial price of the vehicle when we gave them the $500 deposit to hold the truck . On Thursday my husband received a phone call from the Finance rep who wanted to start the paperwork on the truck , he claimed . My husband told him “whoa” , because he hadn’t even seen the truck in person yet . We assumed our deposit held it till we could have the opportunity to view and drive the truck in person . We headed out Friday morning to Conway Arkansas to Caldwell Toyota . About an hour into our drive my husband called the Finance guy with a quick question. He was informed that they had sold the truck the day prior . Our deposit was never run on our credit card ( how convenient for them ). Bottom line , they had an opportunity to sell this truck at a higher price and they did so . My belief is that someone walked in on Thursday willing to purchase the truck at the increased price . This is why the finance rep called my husband on Thursday trying to start the paperwork for purchase . When my husband told him he wasn’t comfortable with that (since we hadn’t even seen this truck in person yet ) , they sold it out from under us for the higher price . Update … well it’s October 2022 and please I beg u , do not purchase from this shady and unethical dealership. Never heard a word back , much less an apology. I’m not a person to back down . I will call a spade a space unapologetically. You can do better else where I promise. Seek a different dealership. U will thank me later .

My husband and I were in the market for a pickup. After a lot of research he decided on a Tundra. A friend HIGHLY recommended Beth Milsaps at Caldwell Toyota and we are so thankful she did. Beth went above and beyond to get the vehicle we wanted and kept us updated every step of the way as we waited for just the right truck. Beth Milsaps and Caldwell Toyota are the real deal!

Our experience with Caldwell Toyota hasn’t been flawless but it has been overall very satisfying. This is our second vehicle we have purchased from them. Ryan Paquette has been nothing short of outstanding. He put the leg work in to keep us informed throughout the searching process despite our indecisiveness to get us into what we were happy with. Customer service was above and beyond. As for our experience with the salesman Robert Moses directly he was very respectful, courteous and kind but there was some disconnect in his knowledge of specific car features and pricing. It took some effort to get to the end result but overall we were very pleased with the overall experience including but not limited to the professionalism, cleanliness, and integrity of the company and employees as a whole. We will be back for sure with any of our future vehicle needs.

Went looking for a used car but got a great deal on a brand new Camry and I couldn't be happier with it. Thank you for the help Brian and for getting me to try on the new one.

Q1: "Are they supposed to sell you a car without letting you look at or test drive one?" A1: We've purchased two vehicles here (one used and one new) over the last couple of years, and we test drove a lot of different vehicles each time we made a purchase. My question to you: Why would you buy a car without looking at it or test driving it first? (Other than maybe @ an auction, but that would not at Caldwell, AFAIK.) Q2: "Do they run your credit against a different vehicle than the one you purchased or want to purchase?" A2: That's not how credit works. A loan servicer runs a credit report check, and it doesn't have anything to do with a specific dollar amount. The loan servicer decides on many factors, including but not limited to your credit rating. Other factors include (but not limited to) past & current debt history, other recorded items in your credit report, and also the amount you wish to borrow from the lender. Note: I am not a loan servicer & I don't work for Caldwell.
80 bucks an hour I think
Can you type in English ? Would be happy to answer a question.
To be honest, I am not really sure. Their every 5000 mile service is not very good anymore. It just seems like they are not as good as they used to be.
