We received an e-mail from this dealership based off our VIN number that our trade in amount would be $11,900. When the contract was wrote up the trade in amount was $10,000.00 The Manager Courtney would not address the fact our letter said $12000.00. There was not any undisclosed damaged and the vehicle wsa as described to them. Beware of this deceptive business practices.
