The Mystery One
I Advise not to work there or shop there its a horrible company, 2 years wasted of my time plus they make you over work there and don't expect to have the weekends off you don't especially if you are a Night shift they don't care about you don't apply trust me

I love to shop here. I always fan of their home stuff designs.

It pains me to have to write a bad review on a store I have happily used for over 2 decades. I am a disabled veteran and I was trying to get assistance with a curbside order I placed. It was a pretty large order of cement stepping stones. I was able to get my landscaper to help me pick them up with his trailer. I received the email that my order was ready for pick up and we headed over right away. I checked in through the online app when we arrived and I went in to customer service to let them know where we parked the trailer only to find out that the order wasnβt ready yet. In fact after they hadnβt even started pulling the order. It had been two hours since the order had beefed placed and I had an email stated it was ready and the customer service representative told me it would probably be another 3-4 hours. I told him that I wasnβt able to wait and they could just get someone to pull the pallet out to the curb I would get my landscaper to load them. We ended up waiting another 1 1/2 hours before a young employee Umberto noticed we had been waiting a very long time and he loaded 2 carts of ricks by hand and loaded the trailer with our landscaper. He saved the day and should be commended for his initiative and customer service. I donβt know what his current position is but he should be in charge of your lack luster customer service department.

Yes one can be installed with fairly little effort. Not a hard diy project.
Can you provide a little more information about the product in question? Which model and brand are you wondering about?
Try Bass Pro Shops or Tractor Supply. Not Home Depot.
