Paid 600 dollars for a pair of glasses that took over a month to receive that I cannot see out of. Was told 2-3 weeks. No updates about being late. After refusing the glasses I was called and offered to come back for another exam. I accepted hesitantly and showed up on time. I then sat for 30 min after my appointment time before getting up and leaving. The standard of customer service is horrid. Hope you have a better experience. The doctor is good though and very nice and knowledgeable and easy to talk to.

Guess I need to change eye doctors. Not a thorough exam and both pairs of glasses fell apart in less than a year. They are hard to get ahold of and I've left 3 messages regarding my glasses falling apart. I paid for extra coverage and they can't even call back to honor my requests. I would not recommend them.
