They were the only company I would have install my solar panels & system about 9 years ago. I also had them come to remove & re-install them for my new re-roof job. I’ve been around construction my whole life & learned from my Dad a contractor that “if you don’t do it right then don’t do it at all”. After looking at several solar install jobs around town, Harmon was by far above anyone for the cleanest looking install. Now back then there wasn’t as many companies as today. The only thing you see on my roof are the 33 panels, no conduit, junction boxes or wiring. All the workers were great to work with & talk to. My roofer (owner) came back to inspect the solar re-install & said they did the best flashing of the stanchions than any solar company he’s dealt with and ask who did it. If you aren’t aware, roofers don’t like solar installers just because if not done right, they can mess up a new roofing job….

Harmon Solar does an incredible job from contract to installation to go-live. Great project management. I love the monthly savings and we have no out of pocket money...leased the system. Works great and I just watch the solar production on the Sunpower app on my phone. UPDATE 7/12/22: YOU FIND OUT ALOT ABOUT A COMPANY BY HOW THEY HANDLE PROBLEMS. MY SOLAR SYSTEM STOPPED WORKING AROUND 6/1/22. I REPORTED THE PROBLEM TO SUNPOWER. THE TECHNICIAN TRIED TO RESOLVE REMOTELY AND THEN DETERMINED IM THE ISSUE REQUIRED A SITE VISIT. I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED A CALL FROM SUNPOWER. ON 6/21/22, I RECEIVED AN EMAIL CASE NUMBER… NEARLY THREE WEEKS AFTER THE INITIAL REPORT. I CALLED HARMON SOLAR AND LEFT A MESSAGE WITH THEIR SOLAR SERVICE DEPT. I IMMEDIATELY RECEIVED A PHONE CALL FROM BETH BUTTS, SERVICE DISPATCH MANAGER, AT HARMON SOLAR. SHE HAS CONSISTENTLY COMMUNICATED WITH ME AND ADVOCATED FOR ME WITH SUNPOWER. I NOW HAVE A NEW CASE # WITH SUNPOWER AS THEY WILL BE INSTALLING NEW EQUIPMENT. THIS IS A SUNPOWER ISSUE AS THEY ARE THE OWNER OF THE SYSTEM THAT I LEASE. UNDER THE SLA/LEASE, SUNPOWER IS REPSONSIBLE FOR REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE. AS I WROTE, YOU LEARN ABOUT COMPANIES BEST WHEN YOU HAVE ISSUES. HARMON SOLAR AND BETH BUTTS HAVE BEEN EXCEPTIONAL. I WILL WITHHOLD MY CHANGING OPINION ABOUT SUNPOWER UNTIL THE NEW EQUIPMENT IS INSTALLED AND MY SOLAR SYSTEM IS PRODUCING POWER.

My Mother was contacted by an salesman from this company and was totally disrespected when she refused to have any type of service from them. The gentleman at the end of the call cussed my mother out because he said “she wasted his time” and then he proceeded to yell “F$&@?! B@&$!” The sales department at this company definitely needs to be evaluated.
