I was quoted one price and then they added more and more. I was told the carpet cleaning g would be $169 and the stretching would be $250 for first two rooms and $50 for each additional. So should have been $569. Ended up paying over $900 which was a-lot more than I was quoted. Also the worker ripped my curtain down and hid it in my closet without telling me what he had done. I found it after they left. Carpets were not clean when they left and they wrote in the receipt that it was due to my not opting for more services. When I spoke to the owner he did nothing about it. No apology, no explanation, no nothing. He didn’t care. Do yourself a favor and don’t use this company.

Let me tell you about Richard…… If you’re having a bad day with a water emergency this is the guy to know. No fine print he’s the guy to know. I’m in the process of selling my home and my realtor let me know that the recent rains got under the French doors in the master bedroom and caused extensive damage to carpeting. I was calling around from Dallas Texas on a Saturday afternoon, while I was stationed at the time to try to find somebody in Scottsdale that would respond. Richard was the only person who answered his phone and he was there within 45 minutes. He gave me a fixed price for all the services I knew I would need and even threw in some extra carpet cleaning to make the place look better as we’re selling it He’s a hard-working driven business owner who is capable of and willing to please his customers. As I stated, if you’re in dire straits? This is the guy to get to know
