Fun escape room! We did the casino heist and it was a perfect level of difficulty for our group (a mix of kids and adults). Our game master was very friendly and helpful when we needed it. We had a great time!

This was my first experience in an escape room and I have to say it was a lot of fun! The process of booking and checking in was super easy. The host was very friendly and the room was very challenging. I highly recommend Paradox Escape Rooms to anyone looking for a fun experience with your friends!

Very rude manager called me a liar. We love escape rooms and love to try different places. We were so excited to try this one and all it’s different rooms. Unfortunately, our experience was poor. Our room was not prepped correctly and a certain key component to the whole game not plugged in. So a while into the game one of the employees realizes we are trying to use a clue and the mechanism isn’t working. From there they ask us if anything is unplugged. We find it and plug it back in. Once this happens it pops open a clue that we were not ready for and confuses the heck out of us as it should’ve been presented later in the game. I called back later and asked for help in some way either credit or refund or even just being able to do another room since it ruined our whole game play. The manager then proceeds to tell me it wasn’t possible for the item to be unplugged and I had to have unplugged it so to bad for me I sabotaged my own game. I specifically told her in the safety video before it tells us not to unplug, peel off, stand on etc. all of the stuff why would I? They just kept repeating I was lying and had to have done it. Great customer service thumbs down, 1 star, 0/10 would recommend. I have never been a liar and that upset more than a stupid unplugged wire.

Very fun experience, our game master Ben was helpful and made our time fun. We got murdered at the end but oh well it was fun! Will do again!
