Do. Not. Waste. Your. Money. I hadn't played this course in years, and it used to be very nice and well kept. Saw all the bad reviews but gave it a shot anyway. I've played for years and this might be in the worst shape of any course I've ever played. Municipal courses close by are 10x better and less expensive. I can see them going out of business any day now.

There is NO grass on the fairways and all the greens are dry, hard and unpredictable. The course looks dead and is a giant dust bowl and they still charge premium prices. The course has been dead like this for years according to the few people we talked to on the course.

I don’t know why every won hates this place but it’s a decent place to to golf they just got to get the mud thing fixed right away but it was a good time

This is not a golf course, it’s actually a dirt lot.

Yes. As to the greens, they're not great but having seen artillery damage they're not that bad.
Are they ever going to fix the sand trap. The worst I've seen in a while.
Yes you can get them at the pro shop
I would think this is a proshop specific determination but as it is a muni I would doubt any variants from green fee structure which as noted by others includes the cart.
Yes
Narrow on 2 holes, but overall the course is open. Homes are near the course but behind walls and don't come into play.
I do not know, please call the golf course for the most current information.
Horrible course, staff was rude and nasty. I will never play at this course again.
Not every good front desk staff on the weekend
