I Just had one there sales person knock on my door about 5 times and rang my doorbell twice on a Sunday at 4:00 after I answered I told him I wasn’t interested and he he said in what and was super rude would not leave my door way when I ask him to I was looking into solar as a power possibility will not be using this company if this is how they train there sales team I can only imagine what the company is as a whole after reading the review’s I see this is normal practice for your company

Vinnie, Please explain what you mean when you say they will not get help ? The company (sales or Install) won't be responsible to pay for your electric bill when you are back on the grid, but the inverter will get repaired and your system will be back up and running within 2 weeks ? So please be more detailed when you say customers won't be helped ? Keep in mind that even though you're back on the grid for half the month you will still be saving money on that month had you not had solar ?
HI Vinnie, The last time you contacted me about a similar issue I was happy to give you a $200 check in order to help you out because you were back on the grid while your system got fixed. As your sales company Senergy we don't handle the install or the warranty. The install company has done everything they needed to do to replace the the faulty equipment. I received an email from you at 9:59 pm on June 5th, Today is June 7th and I was more than happy to continue helping you out until you've decided to use this review platform as leverage to try and get me to cover 2 weeks of APS price while your inverter gets fixed. The install company has honored its agreement and is fixing the faulty equipment, The warranty stands and you're covered and it will always go this way for 20+ years. You've been saving money and for 2 weeks you'll be back on the grid, even with paying APS pricing for the two weeks you'll still pay less this month than had you not gone solar.
