Sam and his family did an incredible job installing our new floor and stairs. Andrei came early everyday to make sure everything was ready to go, and Sam's wife helped remove tile and baseboards so that the flooring could be installed in the time he said it would. We couldn't be happier with their professionalism and hard work. They were also very friendly and stopped to answer any questions. Would highly recommend them for anything looking to do new flooring.

We saw Az Supreme Floorings work at a neighbors and were impressed with the work. Sam came to our home and listened to what we wanted. He brought samples to us , letting us keep them for several days so we could see them in different light. The process with Sam was easy and went so smoothly. High quality product with pricing close to the big box stores that have cheaper product. Sam’s sons work with him and they are all very nice and their work is amazing. We couldn’t have asked for a better company or people to work with us. Sam, Andre, and Matt are wonderful people who will do a beautiful and professional job for you.

Sam and his crew were amazing! It was hard for us to find a company that installed actual wood floors. We shopped around before we chose AZ Flooring. This was a big project! Price, quality and craftsmanship could not be beat. They started when they said they were going to start, talked to us about each step, made sure we were happy with how the project was going and took the time to check in to make sure it was meeting our expectations. The floors are beautiful!! They even bought product for us to clean them per manufactures instructions. We highly recommend them for any and all your flooring needs!

Sam and Matt installed luxury vinyl in our home and replaced the old baseboards. We were extending vinyl that had been installed in the entry way, so we had to use the same product, which they ordered along with baseboards and trim items. The floors look great and the new baseboards are a big upgrade from the earlier narrow ones. They did a terrific job, completed on time and on budget. Sam and Matt are both so nice, personable, ready to answer any questions you may have. You couldn't do better.

(Q&A) The cost of wood flooring is wide and it depends on whether you are going with solid hardwood or engineered wood floors. Both solid and engineered wood floor products come in many different species both domestic and exotic with prices ranging from $3 to $15. Wood floors also comes in many grades. The costs are associated with the quality of product you choose. Vinyl Plank Flooring is more affordable than wood flooring. It also comes in many different grades and there are a wide range of quality products that range $2 to $8. They also come in many different grades with thicknesses that are more durable and recommend for high traffic areas to low traffic areas. The installation costs are additional to the product costs.
(Q&A)1) Vacuum Your Wood Floors - Buildup of dust and dirt can end up scratching the surface of the wood. When you vacuum you reduce the amount of dirt or other debris on your wood flooring. 2) Mop Your Wood Floors - Use a hardwood cleaner like Bona to clean your wood floors. Using water will damage your floors if used over a long term period. Wood cleaners help your floors thrive and look good for a long period of time. 3) Mats–Use mats to help prevent damage near your entry way and exit. If you have an office chair find a nice mat for that area. Those wheels will damage your floors over the years if you are rolling around. 4) Rugs – Put down an area rug in places that have the most foot traffic such as the living room. 5) Curtains – Exposure to sunlight over a long period of time will bleach parts of your wood floors, causing unattractive, discolored splotches. 6) Felt Pads – Furniture moves whether you intended to move it or not. To avoid your furniture damage pads work best.
(Q&A) Laminate Flooring - Unlike solid and engineered wood, laminate is not made of real wood. It's created in a "lamination" process where wood is pressed together at high temperatures and are made of fiber board materials and melamine resin. I Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring - Unlike laminate products LVP is not made of wood product at all. It is actually Vinyl but a very durable and waterproof material when installed correctly. Engineered Hardwood Flooring - Engineered floors are made of real wood and have 2 or more layers. They do not to be finished after installation and quality engineered floors can be sanded and refinished again. They are popular do to their durability and ability to adapt to moisture better than solid flooring. Solid Hardwood Flooring - 100% Real wood and comes in wide variety of species. Is sanded and finished after installation. More prone to moisture changes in areas where humidity changes. Can be refinished multiple times.
(Q&A) AZ Supreme Flooring LLC does install flooring purchased by the customer. The warranties on customer purchased flooring product are provided by the manufacture. The installation comes with a warranty on workmanship.
(Q&A) This question mostly varies depending on the size of your pet. Most small and medium animals who are groomed will not damage most flooring types. However, real wood products are prone to water damage from let over spills and large animals 90 lbs running across the floors. Wood is durable if you consider that maple is what almost all basketball courts are used for. Vinyl plank flooring, laminate, and tile are great for pets but they too can be damaged with sharp nails or spills. The best type of floor is one that suits you and your pets for comfort. You want to be able to enjoy it and not be stressed. Each floor is able to sustain a lot of wear and tear but do your research on what you purchase before you make the call.
(Q&A) When it comes to cost and durability I would recommend Luxury Vinyl Plank and Laminate floors. The main reason is due to being able to find both great products and cheaper installation than traditional wood floors and tile products. Laminate flooring is very durable and with laminate you will find a difficult time damaging it. It's also very cost effective and laminate will last your a very long time. LVP products aren't as durable as laminate because they aren't as think but they are extremely durable and can sustain a significant amount of wear and tear. The installation costs and products overall are cheaper than tile and wood floors.
(Q&A) As the market changes so do the products. For a period of time wood look tile was one of the hottest products on the market. Today it's vinyl plank waterproof flooring. The biggest reason is because it's a very good product and it comes in many options from wood to stone look-a-like products. After vinyl plank flooring the most popular product is wood flooring.
(Q&A) Your flooring installation depends on the size of your project. This being a family business you will deal directly with the owner from the beginning to the end of the project. The best way to find out about how long it will take is ask about your project in detail and get an outline.
