I was at a gymnastics competition being hosted there (Jan 2022) and the building was very cold (40 degrees). I am a coach and was very concerned for our athletes to compete in leotards in such cold conditions, so I went to the owner to ask if it could be made warmer for the following days’ competition. I was met with one of the most appalling interactions I have ever been part of/witnessed. The owner instantly began cursing at me, telling me to take it up with someone else because I was not part of the gymnastics facility that had signed the contract. He then continued to scream and berate myself and another women who came up to discuss the same concern. Very unprofessional and just not a nice person to interact with.
