I use this FedEx office as it's close to my work office. Every time I've been there the team has been very nice and helpful, often telling me multiple shipping options. Most recently I went in with a bunch of stuff to ship to my nieces and nephew to different locations and was struggling to pick the right size boxes. I asked at the desk if someone could help me out and Dale was right on it. She helped arrange the items to measure them and then helped pick the right size boxes and even helped pack them up. I've never felt like I was a lot of trouble or anything there so definitely recommend.

I am opening a cafe and I needed some things printed a particular way. The customer service at this store is awesome!! I needed help making copies and the woman there spent so much time helping me!! I wish I knew her name but she was so nice and super Thorough!!

Very helpful, I couldn't be more pleased with the customer service and the assistance provided. They also let us borrow a dolly to bring the returned item in which was very helpful as it was heavy.
