Got a call my script was ready, get there and they don’t have me in the system. I need my antibiotic. Unacceptable. Too late in the day to call doctor to get it sorted so i just get to suffer another day at the least.

The pharmacy drive thru at this location is EXTREMELY slow. Not sure what they’re doing in there but we waited over 30 min in line and only 1 car has moved so far! If they’re doing COVID testing and waiting for results for people in the drive thru, they need to have another place to do that. People picking up prescriptions should have to wait for that.

The WORST customer service ever! I delt with the pharmacy.. they have been so unhelpful and not willing to work with me. They would not help me find a pharmacy that does have my Rx and when I found one they said they are not going to check their faxes that I need to have the other pharmacy call them ... They are the worst and I will be reporting them

Terribly long waits at the drive thru. It's called a drive thru because you're supposed to be able to conveniently pull up, get what you need and leave in a timely manner. That's not the case here. Be prepared to sit and wait for 10-15 minutes per car. Unacceptable service.
