Worst customer service and very unprofessional. Booked an appointment online for booster dose and after going there, they said its not showing in our system and everything entered manually which took almost 30 mins jus to enter basic details.Whole appointment took 1hr 15 mins and no prior intimation of how much time it takes until we asked.. even for that info i need to wait time in line for 5 mins and we are the only customers. They knew that Im waiting in line but no one approached. Bad day…

Went for my Covid vaccine & the pharmacy staff was super cool, very easy going people. Had a great experience for sure.

Arrived here in the am to bug a Covid Test Kit. They were all out. It was clean. Workers wearing masks. Hand sanitizer stations around the store.

This pharmacy is TERRIBLE. They move like molasses and are generally incompetent. If your favorite part about Disneyland is waiting in lines, then make this your pharmacy. Walgreens corporate honestly needs to step in and retrain everyone here, it's an embarrassment. We're moving pharmacies to the Bel Air up the road.
