I loved working here, I tried making the best customer service as much I could. I tried to cashier as fast and great to help the customer in the line not get irritated. I loved working with my team and pharmacy. I just wish I still worked at Rite Aid😭

Terrible customer service at the pharmacy. Woman on the phone is rude and didn’t want to take any time to help me. When I asked if I can have a moment of her time, she literally brushed me off and said she’s busy. It is your job to serve the public. Otherwise, get a new job. I suggest the manager to have a conversation with her about people skills.
