Visited Abington/Jefferson - Blue Bell twice and both times received the worst customer service ever. The front desk lady Marie H. is so rude and she talks over you. She doesn't even listen to your questions nor does she answer them. Went here again to give it another chance and both times the front desk ladies gave a horrible experience.

I *highly* recommend going elsewhere for primary care services. The front desk staff member is extremely unkind (my initial appointment had been incorrectly booked for a different location - despite my confirmations over the phone, but system errors happen - and she mocked my misfortune rather than help me or apologize for the mixup). Now, more than a week after my appointment, I have not been able to get in touch with my care team to understand abnormal test results. I’ve resorted to starting over with a new facility and suggest you do the same.

Visited 7/22/20. Facility access off of Union Meeting Road. First building, far end from Arbor Way, ample parking and drop off zone. Enter thru double doors, go up stairs or elevator. Efficient check in process, large waiting area. Requestedto arrive 30 mins,early for check in etc. Taken back on-time for appt. Clean facility, pleasant staff. Technician,answered questions and explained what was going to happen. Facility is handicap accessible. All in all a positive time.

Go in the building where the medical offices are located - they are at the end of the building. Go in and.take the elevator up to the second floor. Then go to your right and you'll see a large desk and open waiting area. Bring your script to the first woman at the desk and she'll take care of you. The testing area is near the large waiting area near the desk.. They will call your name and come get you so don't worry about getting lost. Everyone there is very nice and it's a great place.
YES, it is an open MRI and it's great getting it done there.
There is a COVID-19 testing site at Abington Hospital. You would need a prescription from your provider sent to the test facility and then they contact you to schedule the test. It's drive through. If you're asking about sites near the Blue Bell area, Montgomery County may have a site at the Community College.
Willow grove has Abington Womens care. It's not far at all and it's in a place where there are other specialties also. I think on Computer Ave. But pretty certain there isn't an office at Arbor Way so look for Abington Womens care in Willow Grove.
There is a sign there that says just that. It's been there a while. But what kind of appt. Did you have at 6:30AM?
