Excellent experience. Staff has committed to regular (part time) schedule. She handled an emergency in a professional and caring way. The office staff have kept us informed and made emergency contact quickly and efficiently. They followed through in order to continue the service as planned, offering additional staffing (for overnight) if needed due to emergency situation. We ended up opting out of overnight awake but it was helpful to have it offered.

Faustina (Tina) has been caring and living with our 94 yr old Mom for just over a year now! I truly believe she loves Mom. Tina cares and treats her with respect. She loves to cook for her. She gets pleasure when Mom enjoys a meal she has prepared special for her. She sings and dances for her. Tina is a special person. Our family appreciates all she does for Mom. Tina has become family. Every family who has a Family member that needs a Caregiver should have one as special as our Tina. God bless her.
