My mother came in for follow up yesterday.she had covid a few weeks ago they were supposed to give me a note for my job saying i was caring for her and they are literally dragging there feet

A Gipson, MD. is rude and very condescending. She treated my 76-year-old father with such disrespect that it was fortunate for her that I did not express my dissatisfaction in the form of profanity because he was present. A real waste of time.

I've been going here for years and never had a bad experience. Dr. Also and her staff is always very pleasant. The front desk has always been friendly to me. I will continue to come here and be a patient.

The quality of care has gone down severely. While the front desk is getting better in terms of responsiveness and organization, I found my NP to be rushy and dismissive. During the last several appointments, she seemed irritated by my questions and also denied re-running certain blood tests or going over test results with me, when I asked. I made a complaint to the office and asked to change doctors. They told me to please be advised that the other doctors may not go against my doctor's "wishes". There is definitely some implicit bias going on over there. I’ve moved on.
