The worst worst Victoria secret I have every been to I got accused of stealing because I went into the dress room and there was a censor In there and I was not the only one in the fitting room I had to have been left behind I don’t know , but I am going to File a complaint with your local consumer protection office and to state agency that regulates the company because this was wrong then I’m going to notify the BBB and get that women fired I was so embarrassed I never in life had been embarrassed

Horrible customer service. I entered with a VS bag to return something and I was directed to another register, which was fine, but then I was hounded by another associate that was aggressively wanting to know why I had a bag. I explained and she continue to be rude and then dismissive and continued with her attitude. I asked her name and she blew me off. There was no actual manager or supervisor so I complained to another associate who did give me her name. I did my refund and I will never shop here again. I went back a few days later to return the remaining products I bout also.
