Rooms were clean, well appointed, all we needed. Love the laminate floor as opposed to the carpet that you never know what was on or in it! Spacious, bright, would definitely stay again! Comfy bed!

Stay here often. Not a 5 star place, but normally Clean, Quiet and taken care of. I like the Vinyl Plank flooring. Good choice. Price fluctuates, but typically low enough to point me here. When it does…. unfortunately I stay somewhere else. I’ll be back to stop.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel near our son's apartment when we visited him from out-of-state. We were pleasantly surprised with the room's modern/updated decor and the comfort in the room. It was also very clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We will stay here again if we get to visit Grand Forks again.
