Scheduling the appointment over the phone was great. However when I got to my doctors appointment the older white lady that sits at the front desk was extremely rude. I greeted her with my name and appointment time and she looked at me as if I was stupid. She questioned why I was having therapy and my surgery. However, I felt as though that was confidential information that was not privy to her nor the entire waiting area. She had an extremely nasty attitude and complained about servicing me the entire time. It was extremely unpleasant. They do not need her at the front desk at all. I started to leave to go to another location. However, I met my therapist and he was super nice, friendly, helpful, and pleasant. He is one of the very few reasons that I would come back. Also, there was a pattern of how she treated all of the Black patients. Lastly, insurance companies pay a great deal of money for their patients to be well taken care of and respected while visiting. Today, I was treated horribly by her. No one said anything to her about the way she was acting either. Thank you to the therapist and the man at the front desk that sort of swooped in and helped me with such a great, positive attitude.

I called to schedule an appointment for my mom, the rudest person answers every time(didn’t catch her name) talks down to you as if your stupid. I would never recommend anyone this place to anyone. My mom cancelled her appointment because she had covid and than when we called back to reschedule and she said she was discharged because we didn’t notify them which we we did when we called to cancel and said we will call back to reschedule once she’s better. Never again.

I was in a car accident and seeking treatment so I called to set things up received a call back from the rudest person( I didn’t catch her name). She spoke down to me the entire conversation as if I was a child. Asked me if I had all of my information “because you need that” before asking me for claim numbers and personal information and continued condescendingly after each question. She asked me several times what my injuries were and if I was sure. I chose moss because of the quality of care, I was unaware that they had such low quality of service for new patients. Please take into account that I never write reviews because I understand we all have bad days or I just don’t have the time but this need to be brought to someone’s attention. This women seems far to comfortable with being rude and condescending to people over the phone, I can’t fathom continue to seek treatment here and meeting her in person. I’ll be looking for care elsewhere
