My wife and I purchased a used 2018 Mercedes C300 from this dealership. We found that everybody at the dealership was professional and very courteous especially our sales rep Del Manning. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle even though it was not an Audi and professional in every way. This was one of our more enjoyable car buying experiences.

I am an Audi lover and have owned 5 Audis since moved in Houston 12 years ago, 2 of them bought from Audi central. Audi makes good cars, but this place is a mess. In the last 5 years, I tried to avoid this place because of all the bad experiences I had before year 2017, car scratches during service(year 2010), fake car service report(year 2013-2014), doing repair without authorization(year 2015), didn't change air filter during service (year 2016) etc., etc., Last month I thought they may improved in recent years, so gave them a try to repair my 2019 A6's garage opener module, and now I regret it so much, this place is just getting even worse. The communication was so horrible and I had to call or message them several times to find out status, more than a week later they finally said my car was ready so went to pick it up. Apparently they had internal communication issue as well, my document was never ready and after 30 mins waiting there the service rep gave up and literally forced me to drive away my car without any documentation. He said the shop didn't do the documentation. On top of that, they SCRACHED my rear bumper! and promised me will get it fixed soon. Two weeks later, no one ever contacted me and no one replied my message to their service department. I checked my dash camera, also can tell they had my hood open for days while waiting for parts, that explains why got so much dust inside the engine bay. you should avoid this place unless you want to waste your time and energy and your car.

I purchased My Audi Q7 at another dealership. It was pre-owned and my MMI (Multi Media Interface) feature was never set up by the original dealership. I took it to Audi Central because it’s a closer location for me. The team of Marvin, Natasha, and Corey would not quit until we resolved the issues we were having getting it set up. I highly recommend the great customer service at Audi Central Houston!
