It’s a nice area of Midtown. There were an event of sidewalk chalk art with amazing arts. The area is walkable, and pet friendly.

There is not much street parking on Gray. There is valet in front of Cyclone Anaya, and parking garages on Bagby (near St Joseph/Pierce & Gray/Webster).
You can take a pic and report it with the Houston 311 app. They respond pretty quickly and you can track progress as they resolve each issue.
There are a lot of games you can get from Rico's (taco shop on the corner). However, there's no playground here for kids. The grassy area puts on concerts approximately once a month and families usually attend
