Correct they never answer the phone.
They are horrible, with answering the phone, The Indian man that answer the phone is the worst when he does answer
How can they treat active without medical records? They're pretty easy to get all you have to do is go to the hospital where they were treated and go to the records department, it's best to call ahead... Bring ID...
I was a patient at North American spine for approximately 2 and 1/2 years always have problems getting in touch with someone to check on your appointments to get a pain shot in your shoulder they were not very accommodating when you call doctor's office and need someone to call you back and have to wait 2 days or sometimes never call you back I don't know what you can say about this company my physician was fine other than that there I got questions about everything
