Website was easy to navigate and easy to book our family tubing experience. Communication about float information was complete and questions were answered in a timely manner. We just used these guys for our tubing trip this labor day weekend. It was a blast, I would highly recommend this company, I will be using them again next time we come. Just remembered to check in at their office in town- Valentine. Don't just drive to bus pickup spot. Easy to find mile marker 18/Sparks turn right. They have a map at their office as well.

We made reservations to canoe the Niobrara Memorial Day weekend. Unfortunately, due to flooding, we didn't feel comfortable canoeing in the high, fast water. Rich was amazing throughout. I had called before we left and he gave me his cell phone number so I could text him. The cancellation process was smooth and they went above and beyond. If this is how they take care of customers who *aren't* going on their float, I can only imagine how fantastic they are to customers who do go. We will definitely use Little Outlaw for our next trip!
