Friendly service and great, thought-out model. You park at the end of the river and get bussed to the start. The Kayaks are in good shape and the river itself is pleasant, if not a little low on water. Great experience every time we've been.

I would give this a 0 star review if I could. We made a reservation, had a hard time finding the location, and then we had a very rude man yell at us. For one, there are multiple addresses for this business. For two, when we struggled to find the location, we tried several time to call to ask for help, but instead of answer, Frank proceeded to text us incessantly about how we were not there exactly on time. 3. When we finally got ahold of Frank, we tried to explain our situation and he said he left because there were people waiting. When we told him that that felt inconsiderate that he didn’t answer our calls and left before we could arrive, he called us inconsiderate and proceeded to yell at us over the phone. This business is not worth the 20 dollars. Go buy your own tube and get someone to pick you up when you’re done. It’ll be easier

Hands down best tubing exsperiance from start to finish. We had 6 tubers and a cooler and did the 3.5 hr trip. Super friendly and helpful staff!
