My big breakfast was really cold, And My Coffee. I ask for sugar and cream ,and syrup. I got no condiments . No good customer service hear. Just nice greetings of good morning. Have a nice day.

This location was my favorite to order from for a while because their food was usually fresh and tasted good, but today made me decide I will avoid it for some time. I got 3 burgers for me and my kid and all 3 of them tasted off, like the kitchen didn't clean their grill good enough so it had an old flavor, or the meat was about to turn. My daughter would not eat a full bite and just nibbled around the outside, which is unlike her, so I tasted all 3 and they were all bad. The fries used to be nice and hot but now they are stale every time, which I can usually overlook because no one is consistent with their fries... I trashed them all and was able to get a refund from Seamless, so that helped.

Never had a bad experience with McDonalds. Love getting their $1 drinks.

Great service a nice lady there on Folsom boulevard I appreciate being able to go inside cuz other McDonald's like on Arden that too snobby they won't let anybody in Arden way I don't like those guys but the ones over on Fair oaks they're awesome they're really good people they got smiles on their face thank you.
