The food looked bad and made me sick. I got some fries and sauce and had to throw away two of the sauces because they had separated and looked green. All the fries were brown and small and from the bottom of fryer. Horrible diarrhea. Wouldn't recommend.

This has been our go to place when in a rush and the kids need something . It's embarrasing to admit that it's been up to a few times a week with all the sports and constantly being on the run. But we'd consider ourselves regulars. Anyway, I had previously posted this 5 star review, "Horrible location but employees are always nice and orders are never wrong. Well, they've been wrong but gave too much of something", that I'm now forced to change. We stopped in the other night and ordered my kid a couple Jr. Bacon Cheese -mayo and a number 10 combo. They asked the size and the drink. They repeated the order back and apparently I didn't double check that they heard the correct combo number. We paid and were on our way. We get down the street and the kids realize that there is no chicken sandwich, all burgers. We head back and explain to the nice kid what happened. He hands me about $.30 and I laugh about not expecting a refund. Then he talks to the lady preparing food. She goes in back and he went off by the counter to hide. She comes to the window with the bag and immediately gives me a really bad attitude and tells me, " you know, we repeat the order to you three times?" She's talking about a #6 he's talking about a number 7.... I don't know. After the attitude I throw the sandwich back on the counter and tell her to keep it. She shuts the window and walks off. I gave her a few choice words. I understand that there was an error and I should have paid more attention to him when he read the order back but at the same time I know I ordered a #10. Is it really something to give someone so much attitude over. Especially a regular customer. I knocked on the window and the kid stayed hiding. She came back and handed me the sandwich even though all I wanted was the name of the manager. She said, "I'm in charge". I said o.k., but who's the manager and when will they be in? "He's in tomorrow". I've called and the phone is always off the hook. The custoer service number posted on the wall at the drivethough never gets answered. Leanna was the name of the angry person in charge I believe.

I expect my food to have atleast some semblance of warmth to it, my jumbo jack was ice cold, the cheese had never even melted so what are they doing putting cold cooked patties on their burgers or something ? There was also a ridiculous amount of mayonnaise on it, like if you asked specifically for extra mayonnaise you would still think this was way way too much ( i did not ask for extra ). Tacos were trash and cold as well , they give you like 6 dinky onions rings for $4 Garbage experience all around.

Breakfast food is awful. First you don't get what is advertised & what you do get is poorly prepared.
