Their online ordering stated they had items available that they did not once again. When they stated they did not have that item they would not change the item to another that was available. This was an order consisting of only 2 DRINKS! They cancelled my order and stated I would have to go through the drive through all over again because they could not make the order at the second window. When they cancelled my order and gave me my receipt it had the 2 CORRECT items that they could make on the receipt…. Makes no sense…. Their terrible customer service was literally over drinks …. Great job, you really make people smile. I feel bad that they could not comprehend how to fill a cup with a different drink even though it was typed out on a screen for them …. The whole team could not figure it out. These poor women, I hope they can get the schooling benefits because they need them more than most people I know. Sending prayers for you four ladies. Hope your night gets better than that because that looked pretty bad. 🥺😥 Study hard when you get there if you get the chance.

I just ordered 2 for $6 of the quarter pounder & 2 Carmel frappuccinos & 1 large fry the quarter pounders were completely raw disgusting.

Its always an experience going through their drive thru. Today someone refused to drive through thus creating a big back up. We waited for over 15 minutes before we were forced to take turns backing up without our food. My kids were disappointed they didn't get their happy meals, no compensation, no apologies just went home hungry.

I like the morning crew here. They tend to do a really good job. The curbside was not up to par. However this is a high trafficked and modern [upgraded; huge inside order-screens] McDonald's. Good fast drive-thru service in the morning gets 5 stars. Busy location without a doubt. Close to I80 and Tacobell, El Pollo Loco, several gas ⛽ stations Centrally Located [close to I5.
