We were visiting Venice beach and stopped in to the shop sunday night. Emily helped us and was amazing. We ended up buying a long board and she shipped it to us the next day. We just received in dallas 4 days later. Couldnt be happier

I have not had the pleasure of visiting this store in person, but I have done some extensive business with the staff on the phone and they are incredible. I ordered a new A-Frame Camber 170W, the last one they had in the store, about two weeks before I left North Carolina for a boarding trip in Colorado in mid December (yes this review is coming bit late, sorry Chris). I spoke with Chris on the phone to handle the purchase, we talked about different board options, he explained the different rides of their camber vs rocker systems exceptionally well, and then we landed on the A-Frame, which is a beautiful board and comes in a very long very wide option to crush powder and accommodate my large boots and bindings. The board was shipped that day but when it got to the FedEx location in Carson, CA it disappeared... FedEx says they "lost it", I'd say it is pretty hard to lose a 6 foot box, unless it was lost on purpose. But I didn't find this out until a week before the trip at which point I called both Arbor and FedEx to try to solve the problem. There was a lot of useless back and forth with FedEx that amounted to nothing and just when it was looking like I might be riding my old Arbor board for the trip Chris told me that they had one A-Frame 170W that was coming in from the factory within a day or two. He made arrangements and shipped it overnight to my location in Colorado so that I could enjoy my incredible new board before leaving for my deployment in early January. He really made the trip for me and as much as I loved my old Arbor board, there is just no comparison to the ride and feel of my new A-Frame the speed and the control is incredible, to say nothing of its aesthetics, which are impressive. I cannot say thank you enough Chris and the next time that I am in the area I will stop in to say thank you in person and check out what I am sure is an awesome store.

The staff are really helpful, and the boards are amazing! Plus, the clothes are beautiful and so soft. If you are thinking of getting a new board or your first board, come here!

Beautiful store with a great range of well designed, stylish skateboards and snowboards, as well as varioud accessories. Staff were super helpful and knowledgable and offered great understanding of the range, which was very helpful to me as a beginner skater.
