I've been renting from them for quite awhile now and they just keep raising my rent. They don't care about thier community that their business is supposed to help. During these hard times with Covid they would not even give any person or family a break knowing what is going on with the pandemic. Their prices are higher then other facilities and every year they will raise your rent even if you pay on time.

I think this business like many other in the Treasure Valley , is a product of the too fast growth , building explosion , & extreme price jump in home prices.Our once small, family based , low crime , places we wanted to raise our children, are becoming just what the barrage of those from other states said we're the reasons they left . Now when I call Keylock there is no answer , I go to the facility , the office is open no one to be found , I've then called # left to get someone , 45 minutes before anyone came in ! Shortly after I rented unit I came to get something out & door was blown in ( very cheaply made fiberglass with equally cheap lock & key ) I talked to a lady & she said " Yes we have noticed that , we've always crawled under ,pushed it out & then locked it .She said they would get in touch with Overhead Door & call be to come open unit & wait with worker .I waited & called & asked at least 8 times. Last fa when I took the majority of my things out of the unit , it was if I had stored them in the middle of an old pasture , so much dust , leaves , a dead mouse in a vase , & droppings throughout boxes , I was very disappointed. This month , surprise until this last month, door is fixed. There is also 1 bag & 1 sack of summer clothes & a window AC missing !
