EDIT: from 1* to 4*. They ended up refunding my trip after I spoke with the associates when returning the truck, so I appreciate them doing their best to make it right in the end. It’s 106 degrees today and the uhaul I rented has no air conditioning. Called uhaul and told them and was told that they have no other trucks and roadside assistance couldn’t come out quick enough. So guess I’m riding around in a sauna today!

Reserve online do not do it in person. Quoted me in person for a 6x12 at $1035, went online to check and it was $650 online.

My appointment to get wiring installed was supposed to be at 9 am I called them a few days prior at this location and the employees made the appointment… I got here a few minutes before the appointment and they told me that they have 2 appointments at 9 am and that they were double booked. They told me to come back in 30 minutes and so I did. And it’s been over an hour and they still haven’t gotten to me. I made this appointment specifically because I have to work this afternoon I do not have time to sit around and wait all day. Completely unprofessional.
