We canceled our membership as requested, in person at the branch back in 2019. Almost two years later we received a collection on our credit. I’ve called anytime’s corporate billing and they instructed me that we did it correctly, but the branch didn’t process it correctly. I’ve tried calling the branch a dozen times and gotten no response.

John, the owner is a crook. I cancelled my membership in February 2016 with Gerardo and since then they have charged me $262.00 in fees. I have fought back and forth with them for he past week to get my money back and he only wants to give me $95.00. This is obviously unacceptable. He wants to claim it's at the corporate level that they won't refund, but considering John is the OWNER of this franchise, if he had any integrity at all, he would refund me himself for the wrong he has done. So clearly he's just looking for excuses. I would not recommend ANYONE do business with this location as he is clearly money hungry, dishonest and doesn't actually give a crap about the people who go there. They will tell you anything to get you to sign up and then back out on it. ALSO they charged me DOUBLE what they said the monthly fee would be. This is just the FIRST step in what I'm going to do to get the word out about this business. I've lived in this community for 28 yrs and worked in it for several of those years. I plan to tell everyone I know and the BBB is my next stop. Hope you enjoy taking money from a mother of 3 John. Hope you're satisfied with yourself. Hope you don't think about the money you took from my kids. Hope it feels good.
