Yes! They also have a small dock you can get his wheelchair onto. Theres like 4 feet of dirt between the path and dock so depending on the weather, you may need to take a small sheet of plywood with you to avoid the mud.
Lots of hikers and dogs on leash. I don't think they allow off leash.

Probably not. The trails are paved and not very wide. It's more of a nature walk.
There are 2 "catch and keep" ponds with trout. One catch and keep pond with Bass and bluegill. And one "CATCH AND RELEASE" Trophy Rules pond with "Trophy size" Cutbows And Rainbows. Some of the Rainbows are Steelhead sized btw.
Not so much, don't eat the fish they are as bad as the smell of the pond.😔
