I had been taking my dog to this establishment for a while, and never have had issues. Just recently I missed an appt due to an emergency and was told that a $25 no show would be applied to my next visit. I have never missed an appt and have always tipped generously. You would think they would be more understanding.

Call, they will give you that information and make an appointment for you. Or they will come to you with their mobile unit. They came to our place to clip kitty's claws. They were so sweet and kind to her. She doesn't like claw clips, but they got it done without any force. Very professional! Thank again!
