The front desk lady was not very knowledgeable on attractions around in the area for my family to see or attend. The pool got closed when I arrived because a kid had an accident in the pool bummer was looking forward to it brought my swimsuit. The rooms are fantastic provides body wash shampoo and conditioner even baby dove bars of soap moisturizer face wipes and the room is smelling fresh has microwave coffee maker with coffee in there and icebox you've got a ironing board and iron there's an extra bed in the sofa and the bed was super plush I just didn't like having to flip through channels I didn't have a list to know what channels to look for and again front desk was not very knowledgeable and helping me to figure out how to operate the TV another thing I called a week in advance to ask about their breakfast buffet what sold me on it was the bacon the bacon bacon bacon bacon and all the fun things like you see in the pictures I shared bagels you know cream cheese eggs sausage biscuits and gravy they were to the nines on the breakfast buffet but what I really wanted was bacon and they told me bacon was yesterday today is sausage son of a gun. Everything was fine checking out they did not go in and check in my room when I was checking out because they were supposed to to give me my $25 refund and I will be checking on that in the future where's my $25 other than that I give it a 10 except for no bacon and no swimming pool

The rooms were really nice, they were cozy and comfortable. There was basically no room service ever though. And the food available every morning was always bland and ran out very fast. The location was really nice because we had an event in that same area.

Everything was as good as always comfortable bed, clean room and great staff (during check in and the breakfast area). I did encounter something that should not happen at all.... the coffee pot was broken. As a coffee drinker in the morning, this is a big no no (specially for the value of this hotel). When I contacted the front desk, the response from the lady was "we have coffee in the lobby".... thats besides the point.... I like to drink my coffee as soon as I get up at the comfort of my room. It is an unnecessary inconvenience. When I came into the room, I noticed the Keurig open (which it shouldn't if it is properly working - it is even in the instructions on the side) but I didn't realized it until I needed it the next day. Please pay attention to this small detail.... it is a deal breaker for any coffee drinker. Train your cleaning staff that if the Keurig is open, it is NOT WORKING!

I have been a guest at this location several times a year for the past 3 years and this is the first time the customer services has been superb! Every staff member was polite and courteous. Before arriving, I had anxiety from my previous checkin encounters with, I assume is now a former employee at the front desk, who was quite rude and unprofessional at times. Because of her I considered finding a new hotel for this 10 day visit. I am so glad I didn’t. This time checkin was pleasant. I had a couple issues with my room which were immediately resolved by staff. Thanks for making my stay a pleasant one!!
