1st time they lost items to vests used in our Rustic wedding....2nd time which was a year later, they lose my shirt for our son's wedding and STILL charged for my pants being done while knowing they lost an item. Very poor business. I will not be back!!

Work was good but prices were too high. I had 9 ladies sleeveless tops, 1 ladies long sleeve top, and 1 ladies sweater top and the total was over $41 and that was AFTER A 50% OFF COUPON. Without the coupon the price would have been over $83.

Great dry cleaning, BUT confusing pricing and probably not worth it on wash n fold laundry. The price on wash n fold went up when MW was bought by Tide. They never told their customers- it was just magically higher on the receipt. This week, my normal laundry charge went from $32 (1 bag is a max of $29.95 + tax per the lady I spoke with today) to $64 (second bag was $30.15 + tax). They decided to gently pack the first bag and charge me for a whole second bag of laundry for the overflow (the cost of that half full bag is actually more than the cost of the "Maxed out gently folded" bag). I tried to explain that this makes no sense and at the very least, a courtesy call to the customer when you double their laundry expense would be nice. Manager is supposed to call, but honestly, it's just too confusing. I used MW for several years with not a single issue with laundry. It was nice while it lasted. UPDATE 6/2020 I caved at went back to Tide Laundry after like 3 months of doing my own laundry. They were good for awhile and then they have magically charged me an extra $5 for a new bag that I never received and after the same price every week for months, it's an extra $12 for the same amount of laundry. Bless their hearts. I told them every time they do this I stop doing laundry with them for months but they don't care.

I am extremely happy with my experience w Tide Cleaners. The woman working there was always pleasant and helpful, making sure I was getting the discounts I can. I had 3 pieces of clothing, all with stains, and they got ALL of them out! One was a dress I had tailored made and had spilled red wine on at a wedding... so thrilled to have it back to new! It was only $15 (50% 1st time discount) which was an amazing price. Will definitely use them anytime I need to!
