Horrible service. Would not accept my Employer Authorization Document (Federal Immigration photo ID) as a form of identification in lieu of a drivers license to make a simple DEPOSIT.

Went in wanting to open a new checking account and the front teller was only referring me to the app. Stated that they don’t handle that at the bank and I could only do it online. Since I had a few questions, I decided to go across the street with Bank of American instead and the professionalism & customer service was 5 stars. Got set up with the help of Anthony & all of my questions were met. Capital One really deserves one star.

I have been with this bank for years needless to say it's my fault for continuing to stay with them after many problems, I have experienced. Today was the last straw and as soon as this gets resolved Closing the account. If you really want to open an account DO NOT use this bank at all. Have you ever heard of an ATM that sits outside their branch not be linked to the bank? I truly must be ignorant as I was told by the branch manager she could not provide any service to me as the machine has nothing to do with the bank. I made a deposit to the machine it gave me an error message spit my card out, but no cash it actually stayed in there didn't post to my account or no receipt. So who resolves my problem? Well I called the # on the actual machine and now eventhough it's not my fault the Capital One machine had a malfunction, I have to wait 10 to 45 days before I can see my money. Is this really how you help a customer? Had I hit the machine guaranteed police and everyone would have been out there. Stay away from this bank!! Look for one that is more reliable.

No, they don't have to be present to add them but will need valid ID when needed.
Not sure, I went by yesterday...same. my guess is somebody tested positive for Covid-19
If you don't need to setup an a new account or apply for a new loan..they can pretty much do everything via drive up access.
