We love Louie's Place! The history alone would draw me, but they have done such a good job keeping the history alive, with a mural of the original settlers to the area covering an entire wall and the beautiful old bar that could never be replaced, it is a destination all of its own. But they also have great food. Really great food! I always order the prime rib! Nearly every time we go, and we travel an hour to get there, we meet people who have traveled even farther. Sometimes much farther. It's worth the drive. Go. Just do it.

What a great place to stop for lunch! I love old roadside restaurants that have been there for decades. The ambiance is incredible, beer nice and cold, and both the pulled pork and ‘sandwich’ were incredible. I’d stop EVERY time when driving through Le Grange
