I've been blessed and hurt by the way they conduct business, I think their trying to achieve better customer service, It's been a year since I last reviewed C.E.P.S. I have rarely seen a company rise to the overall customer care and professionalism as this company.Personally I thank them every time I get a chance to go in,they have exceeded All expectations and i will recommend them at every oppurtunoty. It's been now 4 years of. The Most Outstanding customer service! 5 Stars

I had the pleasure to work at CEPS, a couple of years ago; And I can completely understand how some people feel the way Violet does, I, myself, would have a difficult time if I had someone in charge of my own money;I would probably feel similar to Violet! However,what I can say about CEPS, is no one,I mean no one,has EVER been cheated out of their money! CEPS is an honorable, caring, establishment. I have had the pleasure to work in Modesto with 6 absolutely wonderful, kind, gentle, and fun ladies! And not to mention, the founders of CEPS. A woman who is probably one of THE MOST heartfelt women i have ever met! She loves her clients, she cares what happens to them, and she is unbelievably patient!! and that is how the business is run. With people who are like the founder, who genuinely care what happens to their clients!! It is magical what they do for their clients.. OH, I do NOT want to forget the ones who make the work so meaningful and satisfying!!You CLIENTS!YOU ROCK! Lisa T
