I’ll give it a 4/5 rating. The parking is decent but the problem is the parking is expensive. Also, you have do a PayByPhone app for your parking garage than using tickets to pay parking. It’s easier and faster to do it by this app.

You would think that they would have a couple of guys collecting the paid parking tickets after the show. Really not good to be over an hour underneath the ground with all the exhaust. They make a killing every night with the theatres here. Not right.

they said that was my fault to parks there, I park there all the time for shows and dinner in chinatown, very convenient location, but last night, there was a space available near the elevator tower, as I backing in the space, there is A low beam shattered my rear window, and push the upper frame of the expedition, no post on the ground or wheels bump to prevents tall vehicles from hitting to the beam. (on my driver seat, I could not see there is low concrete header in the back from all three of my reverse mirrors, the beam is just above the rear window, and not in the back up camera )I called today, first guy Paul told me that I should have see the marks, which I didnt see it untill the glass is broken, and soon later this afternoon, lady name Jacky Vesse(suppervisor)she told me was my fault to parks there(kidding me?), I have used this garage once or twice A month for 2 to 3 years, she say the signs on the entrance of the garage marks 6.4, she said she had paul measures my vehicle was 6.4( my truck is not in her garage today, how did he measures?) that space was 6 ft clearance, but was not thing on the ground to prevent this kind of accidents. I advise suv, van or truck driver dont go there, as you might damages your car and they will tell you thats your fault
