They never answer their phone three days in a row called and no answer I finally had to call down town to get a pizza to eat, I know they get busy I know they are short staffed sometimes or maybe all the time who knows but I think if someone called 3 to 4 times in a row and let it ring for 2 to 3 minutes each time they would at least pick up and say we're busy could you please hold or if it's that bad tell a person can you please call back or Better yet tell them to jump off a cliff something geez needless to say I'm not going to be calling this store again I mean it's just plain rude in my opinion. Any answer is better than no answer in my opinion

Not sure what the problem was. Ridiculously long wait. our pizza was not here until 45 minutes after it was supposed to be. They don't answer the phone or you get put on hold forever and ignored. All around poor service.

Ordered a couple of pizzas at 7:02 pm. It is now 8:45. When I placed the order the website said 60-70 minutes delivery time. It's now 130-140 minutes for delivery. Nobody answers the phone to either tell me how much longer or to cancel the damned order. I don't really care how backed up they may be, there is no excuse for not answering the damaged phone! How about adding a cancel my order option? Too much to ask for?

Whole way home I was thinking how could cheese bread be 8.50. Its not cheese bread its breaded cheese topped with cheese. Guess I should have looked into it more before buying.
