Parts are readily available, but pricing needs some work. Prices in the store are 10% above the website prices and we are always having to haggle prices with our shop account. It seems even as a business buying in volume, we don't even receive better rates than the website prices. In the end, this location really needs to work things out internally.. however, overall I enjoy and trust NAPA parts over many of the Oreillys or AutoZone parts.
