Ms.Barbara has been the BEST lease consultant I've EVER worked with. I moved here in 2018 and still here as of current. Unfortunately she has moved on to a better opportunity, but I was the last transfer/move she did on her last day and she was NOTHING shy to AMAZING. I'm going to miss my mermaid so much. Her soul is as beautiful as her eyes and smile. This is a nice community to live in. Not too loud, a calming place to live and bring up your children. The office has a revolving door but it's the nature of the business. Maintenance is kind and respond rather quickly to your service request. Each section of the complex has their own world, but not in a bad way. Just a different vibe depending on what area you reside in. My complaint would be the gate and access as well the trash can be an eye sore. Otherwise Arium is home💙

Folks, if I could rate Ms. Barbara Field (Ms.B, is how I will be addressing her), a 10+, I surely would!!! From the moment I stepped over the threshold of the Arium Creekside, she made me feel right at home. Such a BEAUTIFUL, heartfelt spirit, and warm presence. Ms. B, was patient, took whatever time necessary to ensure we were gaining a home and not just another apartment, was an awesome experience!!! I’ve never had such an experience when looking to relocate. Management, Ms. B is beyond & above what TRUE customer care truly reflects.

Came with my friend to lease an apartment and we met with Ms. Barbara. Ms. Barbara was so sweet and showed us multiple lay outs and worked with us every second to get my friend approved and find a great place. She even stayed after hours to help with the application and make sure we understood everything. If your looking to lease go check Ms. Barbara out she’s the best and will help you work with your budget.
