I like this office and my Doctor. I see many wait time complaints, and while I agree, I also want to call out when I am in the office, I am not rushed out the door. Dr. Garcia listens and provides the care I expect and need, so for me, waiting, while frustrating, is understandable. Also, the front desk staff have been polite and professional. Also - I feel some lieniency should be given since we have been all dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic for the past 2 years and all medical offices are being taxed by it.

was going here for about 3 years and never received a single bit of correct information from any doctor here until i switched to a different office. definitely recommend going somewhere else where the wait time is shorter than 2 hours to be seen just to be told nothing.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I made the appointment since the end of November they left me for today January 3, now at the last minute they tell me that they have to postpone it until February.... they are very irresponsible

Hello. Yes that is correct. The after hours call service is for patients who require urgent medical attention. If you need to take care of anything with scheduling, please call our number during routine business hours and speak to one of our office staff.
