We have a strong market currently. Sellers are getting multiple offers. Buyers do have competition, but interest rates are HISTORICALLY low, and we’re seeing signs of inventory holding, which could provide even better opportunities for buyers in the near future.
There is no ‘best time’ to sell. The market is strong for sellers now, and I foresee it being strong for the next couple years. The answer is, if it makes sense for you from a liquidity standpoint, or a move up or downsize strategy, then it’s a great time to do so.
