The Front Desk staff always answers the phones which is incredibly important. They are efficient at check-in/check-out and extremely gracious and nice. Toni (tech) is amazing and explains directions for meds and follow-up care with a smile on her face. Dr. Schroeder usually knows exactly what might be wrong with my pet and has a wonderful bedside manner! Just a great team. The Front Desk is really the key to determining how the hospital runs.

I do not recommend this establishment. On 9-21-22, I took my beloved dog Tootsie, a Blue Heeler there for a routine vaccine and check up. My dog was fine when we arrived. But dead when I left. Dr. Erika Schroeder and Dafne the vet tech were verbally arguing with each other. I truly believe they took out their frustration on my dog. They physically hurt her. She never received the vaccine or the exam. They brought her back to me in extreme pain and her tongue was hanging to the floor, with a dark color of blue. I have video to prove this. It looks like she may have been kicked in the throat or mouth. She was craving oxygen. She died. Dr. Erika Schroeder was verbally abusive to me when she first walked into the room. My heart breaks to think how abusive she was to my innocent defenseless dog. I cry every day. My heart is shattered. My world is torn apart. My home is lonely. You know what you did, Dr. Erika Schroeder, you even admitted to putting the wrong size tube down her throat which caused massive bleeding. I trusted you, Dr. Erika Schroeder. You took an oath. . You tortured my beloved Tootsie. I will never forgive you.

On September 21, 2022, I went to Paradise Pet Hospital (also known as Paradise Pet Clinic), located at 1060 Flamingo Road in Las Vegas, NV, along with my roommate and her beloved blue heeler Tootsie. Since then, our lives have been turned upside down with intense grief, anger, feelings of victimization and terrible guilt for ever walking through those doors. Tootsie never received that routine vaccine or the exam, they did, however, manage to probably assault her and most definitely put her into grave respiratory failure. The vet tech Dafne and Dr. Erika Schroeder were arguing amongst themselves and we believe one of them took their anger out on Tootsie. We miss you, Tootsie girl, and we deeply regret the day we ever trusted Dr. Erika Schroeder. In my opinion, Dr. Erika Schroeder is a menace and she betrayed her oath to do no harm as a veterinarian.
