Boutique, white glove If you were to apply these principles to executive suites, you would have IO Rockville. Intelligent Office is not just a place to set up a desk and work. Manager Leslie Keenan has been able to take her character (warm, generous, meticulous), and inject it into the culture and atmosphere of IO. I often see staff members being coached in their greetings and reception of clients, and in care of the facilities in such things as re-cleaning and prepping white boards in conference rooms before meetings. No detail is overlooked. In my years working in New York and Miami, I noticed that certain places where I worked seemed to bring the best out of me. It was something about the atmosphere, and the people I was surrounded by and their attitudes, that drove me and inspired me to do my best work. I think that, as small business owners we often don’t think hard about the variables that really matter in our work space. Is it the square footage? Is it the view? Or is it something else? IO Rockville is the only place I’ve found in Maryland that had that effect on me. I gladly would have worked there for the next 20 years, and it is with great sadness that I leave. The last thing I want to say is not really about IO directly, but I cannot leave a review of IO without mentioning the amazing maintenance & cleaning staff of 1 Research Court. Every bathroom on every floor is spotless. I have never seen public/shared bathrooms so clean and they maintain them everyday.

I came to IO(Intelligent Office) from Regis, totally different experience at IO. Office is always super clean and organized, always fully staffed and available, and the IO team has extreme customer service skills. My company uses the conference rooms on an as-needed and I've rented offices on several different terms and durations. Whenever my business has a need, IO is always my first call. Wish more businesses were run like this!
